Team Member, Senior Batch Controller, Reckitt Benckiser, HULL, UK 

Duties:

- Prepare and consolidate batch information for final QP’s review and release for sale of finished products.
- Participate in regular meetings with senior management in order to update about the status of the products and all crucial informations.
- Perform due to diligence checks, review of in process control checks as well as all 
entry data, reconciliation and final sign off on batch documents.
- Ensuring that document management and archiving rules are followed.
- First point of contact between the warehouse, customer service and batch release department.
- Liaising with different stake holders (Planning, Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse and Technical Team) in order to prioritize delivery of appropriate batches to the relevant market.
- Entry of batch information into the LIMS and JDE systems.
- Responsible for inventory moves and management: recording used stock on the lines and updating the stock on the JDEdwards.
- Review of Change Controls in Trackwise system, ensuring all required actions/ deviations are closed prior to release of batches.
- Working on the efficient and positive feedback process, making sure operations teams are provided with the relevant information to ensure fluency of the production as well as maintaining QRFT targets.
- Providing support and guidance for the colleagues within the department to maintain good manufacturing practice.
